EPPM brings your programme, model, cost, progress and risk into one connected platform, so every update shows what moved, why, and what it affects — before it reaches site.
Construction scheduling · EverythingPM delivery platform
Programmes slip when design, logistics, resources and cost are planned in isolation. Bring your Primavera P6 programme in, compare every update with the baseline and see what moved, why, and what it affects.

How it works
Import your P6 programme and IFC model, then link model elements to activities by storey, type or a property that holds the Activity ID.
Each new programme is compared with the current one: what was added, removed or moved, and by how many days. Nothing is published, and the approved baseline is never overwritten, until someone reviews it.
Approved site progress drives earned value. Risks and delay events are linked to the activities they affect, and every dashboard figure opens the records behind it.

Each stage of EverythingPM's delivery approach maps to part of the platform. Try them with the Dancing Twin Towers example project.

A crane outage moves the Level 08 slab pour by a week. The platform compares the update with the baseline, shows what moved and why, and keeps the approved baseline untouched.
Connected capabilities
A common thread runs through planning, controls and BIM: the activities that describe how your project will be delivered.
P6 import, revision comparison, approved baselines and a Gantt view with critical and near-critical activities.
Browser-based IFC viewer with elements coloured by delivery status at any date, and element-to-activity links.
Control budget, cost-loaded programmes, commitments and actuals, with PV, EV, CPI, SPI and estimate at completion.
Progress with photos and quantities from site, reviewed and approved before it changes the official position.
Risks, early warnings, compensation events and delay events linked to the activities they affect.
Document register with ISO 19650 revisions and suitability codes; uploading is kept separate from authorising.
Portfolio and project dashboards, filterable by contractor or WBS, with monthly snapshots and drill-through.
Everything about one activity in one place: logic, dates, cost, progress, model elements, risks and documents.
Built for controlled project data
Each organisation's data is separate
Isolation is enforced by the database itself, not just the application.
A tamper-evident audit trail
Every material change records who made it, when and why.
Role-based access
From project directors to subcontractors: people see and change only what their role allows.
FAQ
EPPM is in early access and in active development. You can create an account and explore it with the Dancing Twin Towers example project, then bring your own programme and model.
Primavera P6 programmes (XER), IFC models (IFC2x3 and IFC4), cost data using our Excel or CSV template, and project documents such as PDFs and drawings.
EPPM is built by EverythingPM, an integrated project delivery company, from the same approach we use on projects: connecting design, construction planning, project controls and digital delivery. You can use it on its own or alongside our delivery support.
No. EPPM works with the programme and models you already produce, connecting them with cost, progress, risk and documents rather than replacing specialist authoring tools.
